I purchased 200 Motor City quarters and I only got 199. I guess anyone could make a mistake counting them. They were shipped in a flat rate envelope, NOT a box, but each stack was wrapped in bubble wrap so at least they had a minimum of protection.
But with all the trouble others are having I just feel lucky and relieved I didn't get shafted for $350. I hope the others can get these situations resolved. Please let me know if I can help in any way.
(PS: I sure am glad I insisted on going thru ebay and paypal.)

However, I'm absolutely astounded by this comment. Quote:

(PS: I sure am glad I insisted on going thru ebay and paypal.) | Great news Flopznuts. IMO, the difference between you and us is this: You bought your chips through ebay. It's obvious he doesn't want to ruin his ebay reputation, but, those of us who didn't buy our chips through ebay he had no problem screwing us over. |

I have no personal interest in how this turns out, other than I hope that the people that have paid for chips from you either get their chips, or get their money back. Having said that, you need to PAY ATTENTION to what is going on with the questionable transactions that have taken place involving these CT members. It is ON YOU, 100% to set the buyers' minds at ease. Continually belittling them, and making light of the situation will only cause them to get more and more upset.
It's simple. They paid for merchandise. Come up with tracking numbers or some other proof that the stuff was shipped, or refund their money. Take up the issue of lost chips with the post office, if they really were lost. None of the people that are involved in these transactions with you think you ever shipped them. The only response is to provide them PROOF that the stuff was shipped and when. If you conduct that much business on ebay, you know this. Why not give the same attention to these 5 people that sent their hard earned money to you. They aren't any different than anyone on ebay. DO YOU NOT SEE THIS? You could have come here, and started a very successful trade in chips, if you can indeed get the chips you claim to have. They are in demand, and people here are willing to pay you for them. WHY SCREW THAT UP? Instead, you hurl insults and incoherent, weird messages, then wonder why people are getting more upset. These folks aren't gonna give you a pass on this.
You really are showing your true colors. Perhaps all the users that have purchased items from you on ebay should be made aware of your real attitude and your ideas about customer service. It looks like you don't have any idea what customer service means.
It really would be easier to just do the right thing here. I think it's probably too late at this point, but I had to post. |

My god, I really don't want to sound off like a hot head although I have been at times, but this debacle has gotten me really hot and i'm not even involved. Sigh grrr sigh grrrr.... |
