I was as nice as can be when we talked on the phone. I always am, I was calm, I was simply stating my points. I've learned many times over that in business you are much more likely to get what you want by staying calm and nice, and simply stating your points. In fact, my wife gets mad at me, because she wants me to yell and scream at a customer service person, but I've never found that to work very well.
You were getting defensive and it was obvious from minute 1 that you were going to claim it was all my fault, and were saying all sorts of nonsense to try to back yourself up.
And don't give me the crap about deleting parts of your email. If someone wants me to, I will send an ENTIRE message chain from you and me with every message.
The bottom line is there are several members who you are pulling the same shenanigans with:
1. ontheuptick - 120 quarters - now 2 weeks late, no tracking info or proof of shipment
2. weak - bought 40 quarters - now almost 4 weeks late, no tracking or proof of shipment
3. Dr. John - 200 quarters - Late, and again no proof of shipping
4. Bad Hat Harry - 200 quarters - Late, again no proof of shipping
5. Roc-A-Fella1 - 200 quarters - received an empty envelope, Mike is claiming not his fault or problem.
6. Mothmandan and Flopznuts - shipments are supposed to be on the way. I'm hoping that they get their chips (and guessing they will, because Mike may then try to say all of us above are just lying

)
