An update to my transaction:

After waiting 11 days for a response from eBay regarding the Seller Non-Performance report I filed (followed up numerous times to see what was happening as the response you get is you'll hear something within 72 hours) I finally received an answer on Saturday. It was their standard we take your report seriously and have taken steps but due to privacy we can't discuss exactly what occurred or was discovered.

As my response to their response I sent the link to this thread and suggested they give it a read. Probably won't but here's hoping they do.

Next week (after our 4th of July holiday), I will start collecting information from those who have issues with Michael. Once I collect the contact information, nature of the dispute, and the amount in question, I will go to the authorities with the information.

Go ahead and prepare a one page summary of your events. At the top, please include all your contact information, Name, Full Address, Phone Numbers, best time to reach, etc. Send it to me at my email at kevans@argpub.com.

I wanted to wait until next week, but since you will be unavailable, go ahead and do that now. I want to collect it, then summarize it, then pass it on to the detective for followup.

Also include any ebay descriptions or confirmations, or dispute statements you sent to ebay or Paypal, or emails traded trying to get it resolved. This will help show his attitude and pattern.

And the silliness continues. A day after leaving negative feedback against uni-quely-mine I log into my eBay account to find a non-payment alert from eBay saying they've been informed by uni-quely-mine that I have not paid for the item when the truth is I did and he/she/it refunded my money the next day (I have all the Paypal proof). Coincidence this was done the day after giving negative feedback? I think not. Another report sent to eBay's Trust & Safety Department regarding a false non-payment report.

Be sure you also send a copy of all that to both Ebay and Paypal so they can see this scammer is using multiple accounts and ripping off numerous people.

I hope you don't mind that I bring this topic back up, but I was wondering if anyone of you got his money back from paypal yet? Seems like the guy is still selling stuff on ebay, so did ebay/paypal turn out to be as useless as expected?

As posted above, I won the PayPal dispute, but got no money from them.

Good news, though: VISA has decided in my favor today. The money has been refunded by them.
