He kept telling me he was going to send proof of sending, but has yet to produce it. There is no doubt he never sent the package. He claims to have mailed they "priority" on the 14th of May.
Here was my email to him and his response:
Well Mike, here it is Friday, and no chips. You said that you sent them out last Wednesday by priority mail, yet 9 days later, still no chips.
Based on the situation with others who also have not received the chips, and based on the fact that you claimed to have mailed them priority last Wed, and based that I was already shorted 15 chips from a previous shipment (that were supposed to be uncirculated, yet were clearly circulated), I have to conclude that you have not sent out the chips.
Why you would choose to go down this route is beyond me, and it is unfortunate that you have decided to do so. Please explain your situation, truthfully, send me the chips, or refund the money. It's pretty simple. If I don't receive the refund or chips, I will take action. Neither of us want to deal with that type of situation, so be a stand up guy, take care of our deal, and we can move on.
His response:
wow your attitude has changed considerably..all of a sudden you know everything...i told you i would scan the receipt when i get a chance then email it to you...
And you guessed it, still no proof of mailing, and this is after previous transactions with him, albeit, with poor packaging.
