At this point I don't even CARE if he's telling the truth or not. His manner is so COMPLETELY offensive and derogatory ... towards his CUSTOMERS no less ... that I would never, in a million life times buy anything from this person.
First - He needs to spend time learning how to use his computer so he can, AT THE LEAST, use
paragraphs. I can forgive broken English, but being too lazy to hit the ENTER key from time to time, I cannot.
Second - He should spend more time observing the other vendors on the site and take a few pointers from them. ABC, Palm Imports, and BRProPoker and all the others have surpassed any expectations I have ever had for a vendor. I have seen our vendors here bend over backwards for CT'rs and even take some hits $$ to make good on their deals.
An "up yours" - "tough s**t" stance towards your customer is like burning down the bank where you keep all your money. Stupid. He should, regardless of fault, make every effort to resolve this. Joe, Steve, or Gene would. He SHOULD CARE regardless of fault. People who don't care tend to do a half-a$$ job. And from what I have heard only HALF an A$$ would be triple what we have seen from him thus far.
