So it looks like it's out with the Dune Comm. and in with these. Problem is that our cash game is typically .25/.50 which means I'll need a rack or two of .25 chips to go with this set.

I don't see the Freddies Club chips on his website at all and the only place that I've seen the grey quarters is on Ebay as part of a set. In that auction he comments that the quarters are "rare" and the set has a BIN of $599

Good luck with the Quarters search. A rack will wind up costing close to the price of your set. I had the same problem with my Tukwilla set. Nice quarters are expensive. (I wanted hot stamped solids.) Yellow Paragons are what I wound up getting.

Paulson Cherries or Starbursts are probably one of the easiest and most affordable to find (depending on who you are buying them from of course.) I have often thought about getting solid hotstamps from BCC. At .55 per chip, they are a good deal too! But there is a min 300 order.

T-molds from HPC. I don't know if there is a min order for blanks. You can then hire someone to stamp them (SuckoutKing, jsmithjr come to mind). I think HPC can stamp them as well, but I know that SOK and jsmithjr can help design custom dies.

I got confirmation from Jim that he is indeed out of Freddies Club quarters and it appears that finding some will be difficult and expensive.
Sooooo, I'm thinking that for now my best bets are Cherries or Starbursts (as FlopZNuts suggested). I really like HS T-molds but don't think I'd like mixing them with Paulsons.

I'm in Phoenix right know, and have been playing at the Fort McDowell casino. They have peach quarters here and I might be able to get a rack. Can't show a photo because I'm remote. I'll also be coming back in a couple of weeks. No chance at mint, they are circulated, but they might be worth a look. I'll post some photos when I get home.
BTW, their ones are in pretty bad shape and they do have snappers, but it's tough finding them in good shape. I'm heading back there tonight, and will probably grab a few dollars worth.
