Street Price for Pharaoh's

Hi all,

It's been a while since I checked out the forums. The last time I was here I had just taken delivery of 1000 Pharaohs's Club chips from the group buy

Right after that I also took delivery of my son and as such have never really had a chance to use my chips.

I was considering selling them but I have no idea on how to price them. I've seen prices all over the map.

Can anyone give me a reasonable and realistic starting point? I have a good breakdown of 1000 chips as well as 10 of the plaques which I believe came from another set.

If the breakdown of your 1000 chips is good (I'm assuming they are with denoms), I'd bet you'd be looking at $750-$800, from what I've seen. And that is only for the chips, I have no idea what to add on for the plaques.

No chance of getting more than $850, and I don't see getting less than $675, if you want a wide min-max range.

These would be the egyptian 5K plaques correct?

If you break up the set into racks I'm guessing you could do about $100/rack on ebay?

It's just a guess but I think it's about $9 for 3 fingers worth (12 chips).

Yo, if we're talkin' 'bout street price, I'd say around 7-8 cents per gram ->> $2.10-$2.40 per ounce ->> $33.60-$38.40 per pound (assuming approx 10g/chip)

This reminds me of the first time we met John...meeting in the parking lot of the Superstore trading pharaohs out of non-descript white boxes!
