Greetings. I've been off the forum for a few weeks due to personal reasons and during my time away, my wife and I decided to do something good. She's participating in the 3-day Walk (Welcome to the Breast Cancer 3-Day: Home), walking 60+ miles in three days down in San Diego to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer foundation. I've decided to put my addiction to poker chips to good use by offering a bunch of them to anyone willing to make a donation to her team for this event.

I haven't quite figured out exactly what I have in mind, but something like this: Anyone who donates $100 gets 150 of my "Little League WSOP" custom BCC chips, plus a sample pack of my TR King Red Rooms. Anyone who wants to make a bigger donation can get a larger set of the BCC's, possibly even the whole shebang. I'm willing to part with about 1,800 of the BCC chips and I'm trying to raise $1,200 for her team. I'd also be willing to make a custom 12" carved HDU foam poker chip, dealer buttons and cut cards for anyone making a sizeable donation.

I figure this is a win-win. All of the poker chip addicts can add to their collections or even get a huge tourney set, my wife gets closer to reaching her goal AND, most importantly, we get to give a big chunk of cash to a worthy cause. You the donator get a receipt for your donation. The money goes straight to the event, it doesn't come to me first. You can donate straight to her at her personal page at the 3 day website.
