It has come to our attention, by several of our friends at chiptalk, that someone is making Fakes of our Dunes Commemorative chips.



The first ones were found on eBay.de and the next batch on a website in Denmark. The first offense was turned over to the attorneys at MGM/Mirage. They take violations of their Trademarks very seriously. This is a copy of the email and response sent to eBay.de.

Best of luck on this. Have you talked to the factory in China on this too.

I guessed on the Denmark site and found something interesting. These "Joker's" chips are not visable when you switch to English. It's like they disappear to hide them on purpose.

Under the "Pokerchips and Saet" tab it is listed as Joker Casino.

Crazy thing is that the price is outragous when you do the conversion.

500 chip set for 1289 DKK = US$270

For that, they could buy the real ones from you with the Intl shipping and still come out cheaper.

We are having some licens issues regarding the design of the chips that we
have to solve before we are able to put in on the english version of the
site. At the moment I am not able to say if and when it will be open for
sale - sorry...
