Anyone heard from Nevada Jacks lately??

I am starting to get a tad irritated

- emailed them once checking stock - no response - called them got ahold of somone who told me to email the information..OK - email same thing again and get no response - call them yesterday and leave my phone and email..no response...seriously do you want my $$$ or not?? I'm trying to get some ambassador plaza 100's and they are may be the only place..what gives?

I find them hit and miss lately. Was told that to use my GC I had to phone in my order. Called 3 times at various times over 2 days, gave up and left a message telling them I was ordering and for them to call me. Two more days and no call back so I emailed my order anyways and got emailed back within an hour accepting my order. Never ended up talking to anyone.

There was a time i was considering Nevada Jack clays. They're lack of response to my phone calls ended that consideration.

I won an auction from them in November, and it took a good two weeks after
I paid for them to mail it out. But of course, in the end it worked out fine.

I'd just keep trying, Mike.

I just picked up some cards and some of their clays to supplement my set - didn't have any problems. Didn't have to call though, did everything by e-mail. Quick response to the order and normal shipping time via UPS.

I opened up some new chips last night which had some QC issues. Kim and I went back and forth about 4 times via email today. They are sending replacements. I'm happy.

That's a cool shirt.

I've always had problems with them returning emails. Well, I've pretty much always had problems with them in general.

did you email them at info@nevadajacks.net or did you use the contact us form on the website? I have used the one on the website and I have gotten zero response...
