If you ordered them originally from ASM can't you reorder from them if the current owners doesn't want to part with them? |

The problem wasnt the after hour poker games , the problem was some of the members involved in the game...the reason i just dont want to order another set, is because these particular chips hold a certain value to me |

Chips: 31 | | | Re: Please help me literally find my chips (Mo's Rounders Club) clearly these chips are decoys. i'm thinking compressed cocaine dyed and shaped to look like clay chips for drug smuggling.

Chips: 511 | | | Re: Please help me literally find my chips (Mo's Rounders Club) Does anybody know if the internet wayback machine can get you into an old ebay auction? I've never tried, but I did use it to find the "Bonuswh0res dot com" review of Absolute Poker before they blacklisted them. Useful thing that. |

If you placed the original order with ASM, you could have the chips built again. Granted if you find who has them, you may be able to get them back cheaper than ordering replacements new.
What I also find strange are the edge spot combinations for someone posting to chiptalk for the 1st time, 614 on the 500 and 1000.

Chips: 14,508 | | | Re: Please help me literally find my chips (Mo's Rounders Club) Yes - the 614 was a chiptalk thing that wasn't on pokerchips.com. So unless someone was here they probably wouldn't know to ask about that combination when ordering.
I didn't notice the join date for the poster, just the 2 posts. So he probably was a lurker and gleaned the info on availability from here.
Like I said, it just didn't feel right, but now seeing a join date of Feb 2006, it makes it more believable.
I honestly hope he gets his chips back.
