I am highly considering an Ambassador Plaza tourney set after seeing how pretty these chips really are. I know that the $25 and $100 have different chips. Are they Primary/Secondary, and which is which?

I am leaning more toward the orange/purple $100 and the orange/yellow $25.

It's unclear based on the Black Puerto Rico chip guide. It was common in P.R. to have cash and credit chip versions so that may be what distinguishes them. I'm looking into it though.

i leaned toward charcoal, IMO there was less color transfer.

I like the darker green $25 and the black $100 best.

For those unfamiliar with what we're talking about here. The alternate versions of the $25 and $100 chips are posted below courtesy of the Nevada Jacks web site.

I have the gray $100s for my cash set. They are great chips, but I think the blacks are much better looking.

I'd take either green chip -- the light green base color is more of a true $25 color to me, but I like the edge spots on the dark green chip.

I've received credible confirmation today that the two versions are indeed cash and credit chips and not primary and secondary racks. It's unknown at this point which green $25 was cash and which was credit, but it's been confirmed that the grey $100 was the credit chip.

For those unaware of this practice of cash/credit chip versions, it was employed so that the house would know in an instant how much house money was in play at any given time.
