I know that I searched around the internet and came up with nothing. Is there a video of a poker being made out there anywhere floating. This may sound stupid, but I would like to see how the inserts are injected or whatever they do. Really the whole process, any help would be much appreciated.

This is a pretty heavily protected secret process. I've asked for tours of the factory at ASM only to be flatly refused. So I kinda doubt videos exist... unfortunately.

somewhere on my home system I have a video of an injection mold machine making chips in china- if I can find it I'll post it.

I've always thought this would be an awesome "How It's Made" episode. I'd love to see how a clay chip is made, and hotstamped even. Lets mass email the Science and Discovery channels and get this episode on the drawing board!!

I've seen a page somewhere, on one of the chip collecting websites, that has a step by step picture process. Doesn't show equipment or anything, just a picture of the chip at each stage.
