I noticed that some edge spots on Paulson chips glow under black light.

I think it was the 500 and 100 chip from the National Poker Series.


Are there other chips with this feature?

Lots of them! A couple casino examples here.

All major clay chip maufacturers offer colours that glow under ultra violet or black light. Some of the Paulson colours that glow are Radiant Red, Hot Pink, Salmon, Sherbert Green, Arc Yellow and Horizon Blue. On casino chips you'll also often find UV marks that show up under plack light as well, usually a hat and cane symbol or other manufacturers' logo or initials.

Even some ceramic chips have ultra violet properties. For example many of the first issue Luxor chips by Chipco have writing that shows up under black light. I think ther are about 10 different versin that say things like "Egypt", "Nile", "Tut" and even "Circus Circus".
