What Kind Of Chips Are These???

ok im a dealer, i deal in corporate offices in the city and i do small to big cash games, some in bars, some in the back rooms of restaurants.

i was dealing one night for a bunch of older italian guys(10-20 NL), and they had chips there that looked like these soprano's( italian guys, chips named soprano's, no im not making a joke here)

but it wasnt these, it had the same type edge spot, i think 4 of them.
they felt heavy but not too heavy and had a asm feel it them.
it had two leafs on each side of the inlay and in the middle top or bottom it said poker, and maybe the denom, i dont really remember, we go buy casino color 5 red 25 green and black 100, anyway, i know they arent top of the line chips, but they feel great cutting down and pushing in the pot.
anyone know?

Re: What Kind Of Chips Are These???

I got a sample set from Sidepot at one point when he was giving them away. They weren't bad. I like the inlay though, nice & simple.

ive seen alot of chips, and i know they dont match asm's, casino paulsons or bluechip, but for cheap chips, i like them, but i have to play with them in a game to judge, i only cut them and pushed them dealing, i gotta be on the other side of the felt to see how good i think they are. maybe it was the fact they represent that amount of money written on it lol. wack of hundreds in a pot. so maybe that sparked interest them.

I don't think Sidepot sells ASM's anymore. His are now Blue Chip which are also really nice.

Re: What Kind Of Chips Are These???

D, I sent you a pm. I have some Kingpins, which were the Neophyte blanks. There were a nice chip, especially for a cheaper- mid-line - chip!
