What $1 chips could someone purchase in quantity and in good to excellent condition?

"in quantity" and "good to excellent condition" are important.

lets say someone is trying to purchase 1000-2000 paulson $1 chips from either a live or closed casino. how limited are the options?

im assuming PNY's would be the easiest option.

what other options are there?

could one get 1000 chips out of foxwoods? and what condition are those chips in?

what about ballys or tropicana in AC? and what condition are those chips in?

im actually starting to think PNY's are the only option - if it has to be good to excellent condition.

Wow!! 1000 chips, I would figure you would have to visit a casino several times or 'hire' a couple of folks to help you out. I think it would be difficult to get 1000 chips in decent shape. 1000 $1 PNY's may take a you a while to get a hold of that many.

You will have to keep us up to date on this. I want to see if you can pull it off!

I had about 700 NY, NY chips at one time.........That may be an option, but I heard there cracking down

they are a possiblity. im sure the ones you had were in good condition.

Actually all were uncirculated..........I have 200 or so left

I like the Ambassador Plaza $1s, but I would wonder if they have the quantity/condition you need. Worth a shot....

Josh at Apachepokerchips.com / dice702.com might be able to help you out. He generally stocks racks of several current and obsolete $1 chips (Actual Las Vegas Casino Chips, Clay Poker Chips, Poker Chips For Sale) and is able to get several uncirculated racks whenever a Las Vegas casino comes out with new chips... I got 3 racks of Palms $1s off him recently, and he still seems to have them in stock.

PNY's is the best way to go. IMO....unless you don't want white chips.
