What basic looking chips to buy ?

Hey guys.
Just wondering are there any decent looking chips out there.
I have noticed all the paulsons have the 2-3 colour pattern on all chips, but i like the plain look of chips with mold or inlay ?

What do you suggest ?

Re: What basic looking chips to buy ?

Are you talking about solid color chips?
You can't beat the look of solid t-molds from holdepokerchips IMO. They do not have an inlay, but can be labeled if you get the 2mil vinyl labels or hot stamped by BCC. There are inlaid varieties too. The Samurai Palace have edge spots though and the Speakeasys are quarter pie.

Re: What basic looking chips to buy ?

The HPC solid T-molds are very nice, I agree. You might also want to check out the solid clays from pokerchips.com. Gotta give a shout out to my favorite ladies there!! The have a nice variety of solid colors and molds and they can hotstamp also, if you want. Price range from about 45c to 60c per chip I believe. Good luck on your continued search...

Phil

Re: What basic looking chips to buy ?

just a couple of questions

1 - what does BCC mean ?

2 - is there a place to buy t-mold with hotstamps already done ?

3 - how do faux compare to t-molds ?

4 - are there any other blank
chips with nothing on the outer layer ?
cheers

HPC site for T-Mold Blanks: http://www.holdempokerchips.com/prod...asp?prod=TM001

These are fantastic chips at an unbeatable price for their quality. I have 700 or so of them myself.

Re: What basic looking chips to buy ?

You mentioned Paulson in the OP, so I thought you were interested in clay chips. Faux Clay are injection molded plastic. They are the best bang for the buck, but come in limited colors nowadays unless you are willing to dye white ones the colors you want.

Do you mean chips that are smooth across the surface? I.E. no mold. I don't know of clay chip commercially available.
