I hope this is in the correct forum.
I purchased some 60s Portugese plaques from the US a couple of weeks ago.
Quite rare and something I'd been looking for for the longest time.
The package arrived today.The vendor- a private individual with no interest in collecting- had stuck the plaques unwrapped in a dessert cardboard box, sealed it with sellotape (US=scotchtape), wrote my details on it in felt tip and mailed it.
I opened it with some trepidation...to find the plaques were in perfect condition!someone must be looking down on me.
Still, when I first saw the package- the cardboard box was battered to blazes- is not a feeling I'd care to repeat.
