Protege SAmple sets

A long time ago--so long ago I don't really remember the details--I bought and paid for a couple sample sets of Proteges. Here's the link:

I also have a group buy going for these and the answer is that no one has them yet.

Only those who ordered first are just now starting to get their sets.

I was the 3rd person to order proteges and I still haven't gotten them yet. I think only 2 people have them so far.

I still have the list of orders, the bubble envelopes to ship the sample sets in and the flat rate international envelopes to ship in.

Alas, if I only had the muther-F*#$^*#)in chips.

If people don't have sample sets how does Sidepot expect them to buy their new chips?

I am also one of many waiting on sample sets. However, the delays are being reported in the relevant threads. All of us, as chip enthusiasts, know that getting chips made is a waiting game. Sometimes the wait is very long. It's a pleasant surprise when that's not the case. It looks like we should have these in our hands fairly soon - how soon remains to be seen. But there have simply been delays in the manufacturing process. The big chip manufacturers like BCC in this case have to prioritize the casinos (their actual supporters.)
