Hi all

I ordered 300 NexGens from DCG about 2 weeks ago. I was told I'd receive a confirmation when they got shipped (supposed to take 2-3 days apparently). It hasn't come for over two weeks.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with them?

My order was held because items were temporarily out of stock. I received an email notice this evening that my order was shipped today. Maybe it's time to shoot Tom an email. He's been very responsive to my inquiries.

I had a big order of cheap chips from DCG a couple of weeks ago. They were out of the blue chips, so they emailed me of the situation promptly (same night I made the order). Tom responded with at least 4-5 emails and we decided to ship when everything was in stock. Everything arrived safe and sound a couple of weeks later. I even got a shipping confirmation email when it shipped. They seem to be pretty responsive and honest (imo).

Tom has always been super responsive to me when I e-mail with questions. Depending on when you send the e-mail you may not get your response until the next morning, but he has always provided excellent customer service to me

I've ordered from DCG at least 3-4 times, and have had nothing but excellent customer service each time.

Out of curiosity what did you order that came directly from DCG? Everything I have ordered from them comes from trademark/5 star deal. I agree that 5 star does not always do a bang up job - in fact I have received wrong merch from them as well as things not packaged correctly too. DCG to the best of my knowledge does not physically own any merch.

I am not disputing your experience poker4 just asking what it was you ordered

I too just ordered 1400 faux clays from DCG and recieved prompt shipping, I do agree that they could have packed the order better but nothing bu the best here...

I bought the US made 1000 chip carrier. If everything comes from Trademark/5 Star then why buy from CDS and pay more?

In many cases, DCG is cheaper

Exactly what KY70 said. DCG gets a significant price break from trademark as a reseller which he kindly passes along to his customers. The perfect example is the Faux Clay chips - the lowest I have seen them on 5 star for is $.06 per chip plus shipping. even with a free shipping coupon DCG always comes out less expensive.

again I am not saying you didn't have a bad experience with DCG, but it is not my experience with them/him
