Can somebody explain to me where these chips came from?

I've seen regular old Bonds and the newer ones, but I've never seen a set with these colors.

Its a messed up scanner. I've seen them do that before. That's not really what they look like.

Yeah there was another one like this recently that looked really cool in the messed up colors. The $100 in that pic reminds me of another chip I've seen recently, any idea which one??
