So what Dye should we be using then?? To many to choose from.

The fiber reactive dye was the one mom recommended. Keep in mind that this is theory as chip dyeing is in its infancy.

Thank you, sir. No heat, just lukewarm tap water. The sal and soda ash are what fixes the dye in this process rather than the heat. I looked at the tub dyeing instructions. http://www.dharmatrading.com/tub_dye/

So you would have to buy the sal & soda ash to make this work???
