I would never have guessed it would be so hard to sell a brand new, mint tournament set of Paulson's! Especially on this site. Am I doing something wrong or is anyone else having a hard time selling Paulson's?

Why not post the link to your m2m and get constructive feedback? Might help.

one of our sponsors is selling them new for 86% your price.
edit: sorry, it was only 5 cents difference per chip, and that sale is over. but for me, i skimmed right over your listing b/c i knew i could get them cheaper from a sponsor.

I think there are so many new paulsons out there, they all same out together too...at least close together. I hate to say, I don't like the inlay, I love the shapes, just not the Monopoly look of them. I like my PCR's...course I love hotstamps.
Re: Why is it so hard to sell Paulson Shaped Inlays?
I remember some ebay auctions last year for new Paulsons Pre owned by people like yourself and they would get 85-90 cents a chip. Thats just an observation.

When I sold off my Pharaohs, I ended up taking a hit...just had to since there were so many out there...and the price had dropped from whre I bought mine (did not get in at GB pricing)
Re: Why is it so hard to sell Paulson Shaped Inlays?
The item is in no way rare, the price while good is not great, for the amount of money asked one would expect a lot of control of quantity/breakdown/etc. but the set you're offering is...er...set. There's not a lot to really entice a sale, well at least not a quick one. The market is pretty full of the various Paulsons at the moment and the particular set on offer is one that folks have some divided opinion on. You can certainly move the sale to eBay but there's going to be a lot of competition there.

I think Paulson Home chips have lost there luster ever since the mass commercialization of the Pharaohs...
People have realized that ASM or even BC is the way to go for Home Clay Sets.
