Chips: 1,857 | | | Requests for casino chips on Craigs List? For those of you not familiar with Craigs List, its a site where people basically post requests for things they are looking for or looking to do. The postings range from apartments for rent to cars for sale, or even really crazy ones like girl seeks guy for date or vice versa.
Many or all of us at one point do and/or will be looking for a few or even rack or 2 of chips from some casino far far away that we can't get to and would love it if someone going there will pick one up for us. Unfortunately, there are only about 5,000 or so of us at CT which narrows down the oppoportunities.
Has anyone ever though to post a request on craigs list for chips from casinos people might be visiting on their vacations/trips?
Just an idea I thought I'd share with you. |

Chips: 6,011 | | | Re: Requests for casino chips on Craigs List? I would probably only do this if I didn't have to give them money up front, and I could meet them to exchange the cash for the chips. I would also do it in a VERY public place and still be nervous that I was about to have something stuck in an uncomfortable place.
Now, get your butt to the Boragata and get me some chips!

Chips: 270 | | | Re: Requests for casino chips on Craigs List? I don't like Craigs List! Right up front, they warn you about money order scams. I tried to sell something on CL and I immedately got an email from some guy supposedly out-of-town, but wanting to buy my item. He wanted to send me a money order...yadda, yadda, yadda. After a very odd email exchange, I called him on the scam. Never heard from him again. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
