The first looks like a generic 'suited' ABS slugged chip with a label stuck on it, and the second one looks like a WSOP type thing, but with a different label.
I'd guess at 10c each including aluminium case, cards and dice.

The second one I have seen given as a sample alomg with the deck of Bicycle cards. May have been a "2 pack, get a chip for free" type of deal. The last big tourney I was in they used them.
