I've seen/ heard people say that you can get free samples of ASM's and TR King's, but never heard how. Any information on this?

ASM might send you some samples if you call their toll-free number, listed on the website. They might not though, it's been a long time since I had to ask for samples from them...

ASM gave me a free sample. All I did was call and request one. Nice folks there.

I got 2 free samples from ASM a year or two ago. Did TR King give free samples? I'd prefer just buying a full sample set because (for me at least) it's kind of hard to make a solid judgement on a chip with only 1 or 2 (or even 3) sample chips, so you might be better off just buying sample set like the ASM "Key West" chips. No?
