I was interested in knowing what the weights are for ASM and C&S?

One of our moderators (CaptLego) did some extensive testing last year and posted the weights of nearly every chip on the market at that time. I believe both the ASM and C&S chips are included. I will try to hunt down the link.

Clay chip weights vary a lot. Even the same chip with the same denomination can have differences of ½ gramme.

My samples have the following weights - other chips may have different weights:

ASM HH and A molds will be in the low to mid 9 gram range. BC unless getting the heavier type will be as stated mid to upper 8 gram range. Anything in the 9 to 10 gram range is good.

My own H-mold custom ASMs are (average):

Green 8.80 g
Black 8.65 g
Mandarin Red 8.74 g
White 8.90 g

Blue Chip chips in general vary a lot from at least the low 8s to the high 9s.

I know from shipping that 100 ASM and Paulson chips weigh in at just under 2.5 pounds. My ASM horseheads that JM weighed all are around 8.3 to 9 g or so.
