Question Texas Holdem Clay Chips

Hi guys, I am living in Germany and find it really hard to get decent affordable clay chips. I tried to find the Faux Clay Chips in Europe but with no success. So I crawled the shops and found these: http://www.pokershop.dk/shop/productlist.asp?Id=1119 Maybe someone knows them and could tell me if they are worth their money. I looked for them in this forum but it's really hard to search for chips named "Texas Holdem". Thank you very much.

Not worth the Money...

I would look out for these babies:

Looks like PI will be concentrating on worldwide shipping.

If they are the same as these ...

http://www.chipsandgames.com/index.a...20221c-&Page=1

... then they are pretty nice chips. No metal insert, nice sound/grip, etc.

Agree -- I'd go with these instead if the price is competitive and you can get them shipped to Germany at a reasonable cost.

According to Joe from PI:

Now- I am wondering if we split poker chip orders up this way- if we could ship a 500pc set overseas for 20 bucks--- have to look into this

but MOST countries we can now ship samples for 5.25 usd in shipping
SOUNDS like a deal....

Re: Texas Holdem Clay Chips

I was looking for affordable clay chips, too. Ok, they are not true clay chips but in my opinion the Desert Palms Pure Clay are the best way to go. I wrote a review about those chips for a German poker forum.

They are okay Chips for the price, but even after a month of shuffling, mine are still slippery as hell. And the don't sound much like clay...

Re: Texas Holdem Clay Chips

Thank you for your help, I will try getting some of those Solid Chips. If the shipping is about 5.25 or 8.50 usd, this are great news to me.
