There have been many discussions on these chips in the past - all determined pretty much that the chips were crappy imitations.

Sorry, it would be nice to save some money and get good chips, but these aren't them.

The pic of the chips says it all, look at the edges.
There is no wrong with nonexpensive chips I just dont think that this is it.

Crappy Nexgens. The quality is poor. I can't remember the name everyone uses.....

Crap. That is the name everyone uses. Steer clear. You want cheap chips get Fauxs. You want cheap chips with spots keep looking.

I have these here from some chinese supplier-- touted as clay but we put em to the burn test and they burn/melt in the color spectrum of abs
Theyre the new mixture china uses- abs and calcium carbonate to soften the feel- but if it looks like plastic,sounds like plastic, burns like plastic, melts like plastic....
chances are pretty darn good....
