I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, but here goes...


I've made purchases from both 5stardeals and TheChiproom.com over the course of the past couple weeks, and I need to let you all know what great service I got from both. It was amazing compared to some of the other experiences I've had trying to get a chipset. In summary, I would not hesitate to do any amount of business with either in the future.

Jim at the Chiproom is great at answering questions and getting feedback, and is very speedy in shipping things out.

I had ordered a acrylic chip tray from 5stardeals and when it was arrived, it was cracked (99% sure it was in shipping). I called 5star up the next day and told them what happened and they sent me a new one, no questions asked, and let me keep the cracked one. Fantastic service.

I've placed several orders with Jim at the Chiproom. He gets the packages out quick. One of my orders had two broken chips. He has replacements coming for me. Good experiences , but I haven't had any bad ones with any poker supply stores yet.

I also had a great exerience with 5stardeal and chipracks. I bought 5 covers to match 5 racks that I already had purchased through 5stardeal. When they arrived, they didn't fit. 1 call later, I was told that they had recently changed their racks and the ones I had previously bought are a bit bigger, and would not fit with the racks. Three days later, I received 5 new racks, no charge, no shipping. Very happy....
