Re: New clay chips?

For the new molds he had made there was no real push for colors, only bad responses from the first run of chips. He went with these colors for now because they work.

Now in addition to those chips there will be solids available as well. They will be totally customizable (inlay) for only about 60%-70% less than what you'd pay for ASM's.

This custom ChipTalk link is built to show you only the real deal: Casino quality poker chips; Not the plastic chips that some sellers call "clay."

Not to mention he's trying to get you new faux's with recessed inlays...

He's trying to make money not do us a favor.
If he can pull it off he will have a huge market for them and I hope he does.
I will have samples of them soon and if they are cool I will give my thumbs up.

Re: New clay chips?

Joe is a business man, and a good one at that. And hes a fellow Floridian so I always have to stick up for him.

Sure hes trying to make money, thats what he does. Thats what every business tries to do. We should be happy that we have a business here that really listens to everyones opinions and then delivers good products at unbeatable prices. Sure he may be the kingpin of the Chinese black market, but hes a ChipTalker!

Re: New clay chips?

I'm having a hard time understanding why anyone here would call these clay chips? I have no issue with them being bought, used, sold etc... but these are not clay chips in the same sense that Paulson, Bluechip, ASM are; clay chips dont have injection marks for starters.

They are as close to clay as people that can't afford to pay 2-3 times as much can get. I have samples and they are very nice.

Re: New clay chips?

Do you guys remember he almost got booted from here?
Do you remember we could have got custom Sunflys for less than .30 each?
Did you guys look at the chips the OP showed us?
I am not saying he is a bad guy, he just remindes me of a used car salesman and I know how they are because I use to sell cars and got out of it for that reason.

Re: New clay chips?

I remember, but look at it like this...

If it wasn't Joe (who is a member at chiptalk taking our input) it would have very easliy been somebody else representing SunFly here (prob charging twice what Joe is). It's not even a matter of if, as it would have been a matter of when it would have happened.
