of the three sizes (7/8, 1, 1.25" ) that jason at ppc offers, which is best for my faux's the 7/8' or 1'...??

7/8" labels will fit nicely in the middle of the chip while the 1" labels will require you to push down the edges of the label into the recessed area. Both look outstanding but the 1" labels will require a bit more work and may run into some problems with the injection spot.

I have the 1" labels. I have seen the 7/8" that look great, but they seem a skosh small for my tastes.

It all comes down to personal preference really.

As a side note, definitely use vinyl labels.
