Chips: 6 | | | 13g Pro Clay vs. 14g Tri Color Ace/King Clay Chips Hi All,
I am new at this chip collecting thing, and was wondering if someone can provide insight as to the preference between the 13g Pro Clay vs. 14g Tri Color Ace/King Clay Chips... All things equal except weight, I rather have the 14g... But I am concerned that I will jeopardize the quality of the chip itself for the weight since the 14g was not reviewed on this site...
I like the review done on the 13g... But rather have the 14g... Can I assume the quality in the make is the same?
Thanks | | Sponsored Links | |

Chips: 2,649 | | | Re: 13g Pro Clay vs. 14g Tri Color Ace/King Clay Chips I had a set of 1200 of those. I bought them in January and paid about 300.00. They were very colorful and fun to play with. No resale value at all. My advice to you would be to get samples first of the chips you're interested in and see for yourself. There are lots of reviews out there on chips and some are accurate but bottom line you must be the judge. Ask questions On CT, Check out the Group Buys and member to member sales and you will find more than you ever hoped to find. Soon you'll be like us dumping all your money into chips and wanting more! Oh, Hey welcome to Chip Talk! |

Chips: 49 | | | Re: 13g Pro Clay vs. 14g Tri Color Ace/King Clay Chips My first set....ah simpler days....was a 13g pro clay set, they have a softer texture than your standard dice type chips, they also have a great recess for labeling. I put custom labels on mine and they were sweet...then the sickness set in. End of story.
You want to save some grief? Plunk down a couple grand on custom ASM set and a custom ceramic set. Might as well get to where you will end up just that much quicker.

Evil speaks the truth! I would avoid these chips and get some Faux Clays to tie me over until I have enough saved up for a set of Paulsons, custom ceramics, or ASMs (or even all three). Your wallet will not like that you found this site.
