Of course I wish you the best of luck in a quick satisfactory resolution, that said, I will never do business with NJ.
My first and
only experience with them was when they had a close out on their Martini Clay line. I ordered 300 of the chips, online and received email that they would ship in three days. I called after four days to see why they hadn't shipped, and was told there was a problem with my card, not saying that couldn't happen but it would have been the first time in several hundred transactions. Then the lady claimed that email was sent and that they tried to call, although I never received any email other than the first confirmation and no messages where left on my answering machine, and now they were all sold out of the chips: 'to bad you lose'
They made no attempt to off set my sever disappointment,

and were as I can not prove there was
deceitfulness, the odds of all three of their statements being factual seem to me as likely as hitting a one outer three times in a row.
