OK, i have been here a little while now and am totally sucked in. Have made about 10 transactions buying and selling chips, changing mind, getting more....getting more....

It is great to find a community addressing a illness i didn't even knew i had or would ever be likely to have..and yet here you all are. Thanks to everyone who has helped me with dumb requests for information and all my trading partners to of course!

anyway, i still have not osmosized the meaning of primary and secondary chips. i know there are probably like a bizillion threads on this, but i just keep getting ones where that is listed as attribute but not defined. can someone point the way?

Its a secondary set of chips, usually in higher denoms, that is used when either the primary wears out or becomes compromised or is taken out of play for some other reason. They are usually quite a bit different so there's no mistaking them with the primary, yet are still easily identified as that casino's chips.
