Hello everyone! First of all, please excuse my bad english, but being from germany, it's not my native language

I am pretty new to Poker, especially to Chips... I got infected by some friends of mine, who play every 2 or 3 months. Well, to make a long story short, I now play online @ PartyPoker, and want to set up a regular monthly poker-round in my home (and maybe even get my wife to play with us...)

Getting a good Chip-Set is Class-A priority here at the moment, with building a solid table second on the list.

Here is where the problem begins. Getting a good, but not too expensive chip-set in germany is like tumbling over a fridge in the desert. There are 3 internet stores that provide a base of chips, but all of those are the cheap composites... Dice & Suit Sets. Bleh!

I found a store in Denmark, with some No-Name Ceramics:



I ordered a sample set, but I am not too overwhelmed by neither the price, nor the built of these. The Shop also has Paulsons, but those would cost me a fortune (around $800 for a set of 500 chips.)

Well, does anyone have any idea how to get some solid chips here in Europe? I tried eBay for Faux Clay, but no avail. I searched for Nexgen (?), Chipco or Nevada Jack, but I failed...

I just hope anyone here can maybe help me with some ideas or some experience from their side.

Theres' a couple of uk websites, though I can't say what delivery to germany would be. I live in the UK and it was cheaper (just) to get my Paulsons delivered from the USA.

Here are links to chip sellers i Europe. Magnus Andersson in Sweden do have ceramics for 4SEK. Dont know if they are any good but a frind of mine likes them a lot.

Now on to the funny stuff: I went for Dinner today, and right before my parents appartment parks a car: With a home-Casino-Supply Web-Address on it. I surfed the page, and guess what: Chips, Pokertables, Cards, all the stuff you need.
