Chips: 61 | | | Ever seen a chip being made? Just wondeirng if anybody has any video clips on a clay chip being made, I would love to see hows its done. Has anybody ever gone to a factory, say like Paulson or BC and take a tour of the place? |

The link to Robert Eisenstadt's site is your best info. on the basic process. We hold tolerances to a couple thousandths, but you would be amazed at how labor intensive it is. That is the main cost driver on why clay chips cost so much.
