One question that might help us answer is: are you wanting to sell them? And where?
As Dissolved said, the PNY 1000 sell for between 25 and 40 on ebay, depending on the auction. CT members have sold these to each other on the M2M sales forum, where I believe the average price is closer to 30-35, a little less than you might get on ebay if you are lucky, but still a fair price (and more than some auctions get).
The price on the Dunes also varies: individual chips have sold on ebay for a fair amount each (look at Spinettis for example). If you're wanting to sell the whole set, the price would probably be a little less than selling them one by one (which would be a huge hassle I assume: I don't sell chips on ebay, only buy
).
If you do want to sell them, I would suggest you spend some time on the board, and when you are able to (you'll need 50 chips to do so), list them in M2M. CTers will give you a fair price, and I have to say that I have had nothing but great transaction with other members. And you'll know you are sending them to a good home where they will be loved.
And if you are a collector, be sure to check out the Casino and Collectible forum here. There are some serious collectors on there who would welcome you. Just be sure to post some pictures of your chips!!
And Yeltzen is right: some people have made an enormous amount of money on their PNY 1000. But Erikk is also right: Yeltzen is baddy, but in a good way. He's not posting much lately, but no doubt you'll see what I mean soon enough.
