Has anyone ran into really good pricing for Crystal Oysters? I'm looking at putting together a set for around $.70 a chip.

I've never seen Crystal Oysters for $.70 each either.
I have a tournament set good for 10 players using rebuys.
To me the best breakdown for single table tournaments are:
100 - $100
50 - $500
100 - $1,000
50 - $5,000

I start with $5,000 in chips and the blinds start at $100-$200.
