Well over the last few days I did my homework regarding "Star Dancer Casino" so I thought I would bring it here.
There were 2 Star Dancer boat/companies. The boat 'The Star Dancer' was owned by Europa Casino Cruise and sublet to a company that ran the boat
out of Marco Island.
When the boat changed hands again it became the name of the company. The owners name was Sam Gray Sr and his wife they had 4 going on 5. One in SC that used the Indian design chips. The One out of Miami Beach that used the same chips. (the boat was the old Sea Kruz boat) One in Jax Fl (which used the gator $1 chip and those in that series) and the last out of Tarpon Springs that used the coach shell chips and those in that series.
The owners ran into some tax problems (which had some of the boats raided and taken) and fell behind in payments that had the boat leave Tarpon Springs in the middle of the night and kept hidden until a homeowner complained about the boat hidden in their backyard river. A new series of chips have turned up on the market that may have been ordered for the Miami boat (to replace the Indian designed chips) or for a 5th boat that never sailed.
I hope this clears some things up in some minds about these chips.
