Question about my new Pharaohs

Just received my new set of 700 Pharaohs on the weekend and I must say I'm extremely pleased with them. I'm currently going through them box by box and wiping each chip off with a damp paper towel to remove the dust and chalky feel.

Anyway, one thing I noticed that I thought I'd ask here... is it normal for 2 stacks of the same number of chips to be slightly different heights? For example, a stack of 25 $5 chips might be taller (by about a few millimetres) than a stack of 25 $25 chips. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

All my pharaohs stack up to the same height...maybe a batch come through a bit different.

I'm pretty sure some colors stack at different heights by a smidge - people were screaming about this when they first came out. I have a bunch of them and frankly it has never bothered me and I've never noticed.
