Well, back in November I was interested in 20 or so original James Bond chips. So, I searched E-bay and found a person selling them individually, but he had them advertised terribly. So, I e-mailed him and asked if I could buy the rest of his chips and he said sure, $225 shipped for my remaining 140 chips . (70 black 70 purple) So I e-mailed him faster than I have ever e-mailed anyone before taking the rest of them with the intent to just keep the 20 I originally wanted, and sell the other 120 to fund a future chip purchase. (This was at the time where the JB's were sellin for $3-$5 per chip)

I took some pics of them for ebay and just thought I would post them here (don't ask why it has taken so long).

The remaining 120 sold for $470 + s/h btw, which equals many ASM special spots chips.

I'm so jealous. How come everyone seems to be able to sell their chips for a profit yet mine just sit on ebay with no bids?

My prices are less than what was just noted. Bonds at $3 per chip when I've seen them sell for $4 does not seem overpriced to me...just bad market timing....but I can't lower the price because that's what I paid acepoker...for them last year when they were selling up to $5 each at the time.

My strategy for selling things here (I've sold a few hundred Pharaoh's) and selling chips on ebay is to break them up into very small lots (50-100) and possibly you will have a better chance. I've not seen your auctions so I can't comment as to if you are already doing this.

People ready to drop a few grand on chips do not come to often...You will sell them eventually, but chip prices on ebay seem to be down as of late.

Thanks. I've listed both ways including this week. Sold 3 sample sets so far and have two more buyers emailing for offline purchases of 50 and 100 chips....yes, the market has been down over the past two months....just have to wait it out I guess....

Yeah, wait until WPT season 4 starts next month.

That's all I was looking for to add to my own collection in the first place, so I kept those 20 for myself.
