Well originally about 6 months ago there was major talk of the Faux limited availiblity, especially the yellow! Well I think that all of this has passed to some extent.
5star and Discount both are out of stock on the yellows but all of the other colors are still availible. And really...if your setting up an average tourney set then you don't "really" need the yellow (unless of course your anal about the denom color, but then why do you have to have a 1000 chip?) Other colors could work out just as well. And then if you were going to make a large denom tourney set out of these (as I did) then you really only need T500's and T5,000's (or T2500) and the purple and gray are still in stock!

Tradmark said they were discontinued some time ago.
You can still find yellows but they are more expensive.
Blue 42,979
Purple 59,283
Orange 12,260
Grey 26,260
Look like they are the next to run out.
I will check with my source and see if they are still discontinued.
If you are thinking about getting them they are well worth it at twice the price.
I have a couple of questions about these chips. Has any ordered them from Trademark with a hot stamp? I am curious how well the hot stamp holds up. I suspect they will probably get used once every couple of weeks. Are they easily damaged with water or other liquids?
If you've read Ten's Great Poker Chip Bakeoff article (in the articles section) you would see that these chips can handle just about anything (425 degrees) and retain their playability. I've heard that someone (I beleive it was Captn) dropped a rack on a concrete floor and broke over a dozen. It would appear that the faux clays would hold a hot stamp quite well and survive just about anything you can throw at them.

Yeah and when I dropped the rack it was 17 degrees outside and 20 or so in my garage. I actually had 3 Sopranos do the same thing last weekend when it got really cold. I was setting up and a handfull rolled off the table and 3 cracked in half or had a chip taken off the side!
Man I can't wait until Spring!
