Since they no longer exist, I'm curious as to what they looked like. I just started my chip fetish last year so I have no clue.
You go on ebay nowadays, and all you see are the old Paulson fantasy chips selling for $1.50 - $2. Back then, could you just walk into store and see displays of 300/500 sets of Goodluck Clubs, JBs, Scandias, Viva Las Vegas etc. behind the counter? Holy crap. How cool would it be to have a store like that again. What the hell were these stores like inside?

I once went into a Paulson store down here in South Florida and they would sell Paulsons for .25 each if you bought 1000.
When they closed down...they were selling Custom Paulsons for .75 each to the general public.
I would usually pop into the store in Atlantic City. It certainly wasn't much to look at, just some desks and rolls of Game layouts, IIRC one craps table, and stacks of used racks. Ocassionally there'd be some Paulson cards or somesuch lying around. They did keep some of the fantasy chips behind the counter. I ordered a second batch of my hot stamped from them. I think I paid .65 or so.
