When the new Nexgen RPT molds came out I saw double-colored four-edgespot chips in all colors as samples. Trying to buy sets, the Red White & Blue chips are still from the old molds, three single-color edge spots. What gives? Anyone know when or if we'll see Red, white & Blue new RPT chips?
I finally purchased a set of mixed-nexgens to get multi-colored spots, RWB in the Lucky Bees, & all other colors in the RPT, since I really like them better.

No clue, but you probably won't. Looks like maybe the decision was to have some sort of (although barely) edgespot progression, keeping the lower denoms at 3 single spots and the higher denoms at 4 double (if you go with traditional color/denoms)
I'd guess not as well. The updated green, black, purple, and yellow chips were more of an add-on. As a general rule, Asian manfacturers seldom go backwards to update a line of products. At best I'd look for another line of Nexgens (subsequent to Lucky Bees) rather than waiting for any potential update to the RPT series.
