It looks like all the text copy has been cleaned up to pretty much make it look legit, there doesn't look like there is anything that is intentionally deceptive. While the guy looks like he's selling no-name stuff that you'd find some low-end discount stores or truckstops, I don't see where he's doing anything wrong.

These seem like false/misleading statements. I'm no chip expert either, but if they were genuine Bud Jones', how much would they go for?
Apparently I only play at really sh**y casinos because none of my souvenir chips have "'subtle magnetic inserts" to aid with stacking and shuffling. Why do I always have to be such a looser?
By the way, I am NO EXPERT, but I have heard of Bud Jones and I have a couple of Paulson's, but I have never heard of "Bud Jones Paulsons."

I got samples of those a while back. They're totally nasty! I emailed the guy and asked if they're Bud Jones. He claims he doesn't know their origin. Did someone dump them off in his front yard or something?
