I was over on the 5-Star Site today, and the "Out of Stock" tag has been removed from the Yellow Chips. I haven't confirmed this with 5-star, but it probably means that they've found some more of these.

Sounds like they'd send it to you by Priority Mail at that price. The cheapest UPS charge for residential delivery is $6.85 now, and that would be for a package up to 1lb in a local delivery area.
