Just letting everyone know that CardRoomSupply is closing out most of its ChipCo chips at 66 cents (must buy in multiples of 50 though) in addition to the Club Desperado Clays (50c). http://cardroomsupply.com/pokerchips.html
The following chips are at 66c:
"Classic"
"Casino"
"Crystal Oyster"
"Club Desperado"-ChipCo
Too bad the WSOP chips are still 95c
BTW, I'm not affiliated with site, but that seems like a great price, especially for the "Crystal Oysters"
Thanks for the heads-up. Sounds like prices are finally starting to take a downward turn.
I don't think this could be called a down turn.
It's called liquidation at cost which is the wholesale price + the $2 tray charge.
My opinion is CRS is liquidating due to their anger of Chipco doing the 2005 WSOP
chips which compete against his 2004 WSOP chips.
I also noticed he has removed my graphics from his site and posted the Chipco
proofs. This is probably the beginning of what the conversation in this thread
was about http://chiptalk.net/forum/showthread.php?t=12366
Let the fall out begin!

Mspatton I am sorry for the confusion about the images. After talking to the person who entered the products into my site for me I found out he was using your images. I am extremely sorry for that.
I do take Paypal just not through the site.
As far as the whole Chipco WSOP chip deal it has been straighted out. I am not mad at Chipco I am really just not interested in carrying these certain lines of chips anymore. I would like to get rid of these lines of chips to make room for others.
The Club Desperados (clay blue chip version) are all gone from that website. I purchased the last 2800 of them. I will probably be holding on to these to resale in the future (as I don't need anywhere near 2800). I will make sure they are offered here first though.

I bought 700 and was unable to grab any $500 or $1000 chips. Let me know if you want get rid of any.
If it is in reference to my comment about some dealers already liquidating their inventories, it was not in reference to Lee Weber. I've never had any dealings with his company. It was more directed at your comment about opportunistic vendors that are vacating the market once the high margins start to diminish.
Why would someone liquidate such high quality chips? Chipcos are some of the best chips out there. He said he wanted to make room for other chips but that doesn't make sense to me as there is always room to carry many kinds.
Anyways, I'm thinking of buying some of the Classics but I wanted to know if people think that they are too bright to play with? They seem pretty colorful.
