Favorite ASM Mold

Since they will most likely be offerring double edge spots and may not be on all molds, please vote for your favorite mold.

I am torn with this one. On one hand I like the roman mold but I love the looks of the H mold. Simple yet classy at the same time. I cant wait to see what mold that they offer with this setup. Wulf I voted for the Roman mold, I just couldnt decide.

Re: Favorite ASM Mold

I prefer circle-square, and it's not even close. However, I'd say the chance of getting double color edgespots on circle square is <1%, unless they decide to do multiple molds. Circle square is positioned pretty low in the ASM pecking order.

Good luck with roman.

Re: Favorite ASM Mold

I'd actually guess they'd be more for offering home double spots on the mold casinos used the least. Then again maybe they'd want to do it on the one used the most. Who knows. Well I guess they know.

1. Circle Square
2. Horse Head
3. H Mold
4. A Mold
5. Bozo the Clown
6. Sadaam
7. Screetch from "Saved by the Bell"
8. Knitting needle
9. Roman
10. Dice

I'm with you 100% on this one. I wonder if some people think they don't like the circle square but perhaps haven't handled them.

First off, they are a very classy, classic and simple design. At first, in fact, I thought they were too simple.... too plain. But then I started really looking at them again. The design is timeless and won't grow tired, sort of like a good china pattern.

Secondly, they sound absolutely wonderful. To me, hearing a pile of them for the first time was the first time I thought, "yup, that's what a poker chip should sound like."

Both of those features, along with the great choice of colors available (I went with solids) were the factors that lead me to purchase circle squares as my main chip set.

Re: Favorite ASM Mold

I voted Roman although I also like the circle square alot, and the H mold.

I don't understand why everyone likes the stinky horses. I thought horses were a girl thing? (Well, okay the detail on them is nice, but it's still a stinky horse. If they made a kitty mold I might get that.)

Re: Favorite ASM Mold

Jim's post suggests that these new edge spot choices might only be available with custom inlay orders.
