What can anyone tell me about these?

I found these chips but I can't find much info on them.

I want to know what they are made of, who makes them, can I find them without labels. What is the base color without the labels. Any help would be great.

I dont know much about them, but I got 50 of these exact chips in red, blue, and grey for buying 2 packs of Camel's at the convenient store last month....I have absolutely no use for them really, and I dont even smoke Camel's, i just wanted the free chips heh

Mine have no denominations on them though-

I have a set of 1200 of these...They are the composite style some of the newer styles do not have an insert mine do. They are ok for the price...

I have denominations from 1-1000 across the set.
